S3Drive - Android media backup : All folders show 0 elements

Hi everyone, I've just installed the app with the ultimate plan on android, I'm trying to backup my media, but when I go in the menu, all folders show 0 elements in it (even though I can see a preview of a picture in each possible folder), and no backup of the folder ever happens I'm using the proton drive with rclone if that matters Thanks a lot (edited)

Hi, thanks for your report. What's your Android version and your phone model? Did S3Drive ask you to give permission to your photo? If there was no prompt, can you manually give S3Drive permission to your photos? https://support.google.com/android/answer/9431959?hl=en#zippy=%2Ctypes-of-permissions If you run Android 14+, then partial/selective photo permission is supported as well (in such case you wouldn't need to give permission to all photos, but only the one you would like to back up).

Hi Tom, Thanks for the reply, I'm using Android 9, and I've granted the permission. Also If I go to the "Albums" tab on the home screen of the app, I can see the pics in my phone, but I still can't in the media backup part of the app

Hi, we plan to update one of our dependencies which is likely to resolve issue for older Android versions. I will let you know once it's there so you could try again. Thanks!
